A bespoke building featuring large scale residences, 25 Bond Street reflects a true collaboration between the Owner, Architect and Walker Zanger. Responding to the idea of marrying traditional stoneworking techniques with a modern design, Walker Zanger supplied exterior cladding in larger panels of hand chiseled limestone. This technique created a varied and organic surface, a pleasing contrast to the modern, geometric design of the façade. The sidewalk in front of the building is made from monolithic granite pavers, 5’x16’x8″ in size.
