The lobby of this iconic 1922 high-rise in the Garment District, designed by Emery Roth, was completely renovated by GRT Architects. Using a graphic color pallet, geometric shapes and subtle texture, the design blends the influence of fashion into the design, creating a dynamic visual experience. Walker Zanger supplied select Calacata Regina Marble cut to specification to clad the walls of the lobby.
